During my time as a Creative Strategy Lead on the Talk Editorial team, I led, creatively produced, and launched the global RADAR Podcasters program in June 2022, dedicated to uplifting emerging podcasters from historically marginalized communities around the world.

RADAR Podcasters extended Spotify’s existing RADAR for Artists program — dedicated to supporting emerging artists and songwriters — to podcasters. For the launch of this program in particular, we focused on highlighting the voices of historically marginalized communities who were doing incredible work in order to help give them the platform they deserved.
